The Mobile Community Health Leadership Awards are presented annually to local leaders in education, awareness, and action around Mobile's most urgent community health issues. Those eligible include anyone who has done outstanding work in the area of community health, going beyond what is required or expected of them--professionals and nonprofessionals, young and old, individuals and organizations. Legacy awards to honor deceased individuals or historic achievements by organizations may also be considered. Past awardees are not eligible. 

 

The Museum welcomes nominations from the community each year from November through January. Up to ten awardees will be selected from the submitted nominations.
